Saood began his career in real estate as an off-plan property real estate consultant in Dubai at the early stages of the freehold property boom.

Following his passion for sales and customer service over the years, Saood’s career progressed and led him to emerging markets like Ethiopia where he worked as a Business Development Manager in the FMCG sector, he successfully established and maintained strong relationships with local and international clients. His ability to adapt and excel in diverse business and challenging business environments for almost than a decade demonstrated his ability to thrive in challenging environments and provided him knowledge to identity market opportunities.

In 2021, Saood embarked on a new chapter in his career by entering in the world of holiday homes. Recognizing the potential in this gap in the market, he embarked on a mission to identify specific locations with high demand and low supply. His passion for customer service and sales once again came to the forefront, helping him achieve superhost status on Airbnb and favorable reviews and ratings on other booking platforms.

Currently, Saood serves as the Operations Manager with Aya Boutique Holiday Home. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
