Khalid embarked on his professional journey in banking and customer service, accumulating six years of valuable experience. He later transitioned into the role of Director of Finance and Administration in 2011, where he successfully spearheaded residential property developments. In 2020, Khalid assumed the role of Executive Director, launching AYA Property and focusing on long-term rentals. Expanding his business horizons in 2021, Khalid ventured into holiday home rentals, onshore and offshore businesses, and forex trading. With his entrepreneurial drive and strategic vision, Khalid has achieved remarkable success across diverse markets. His journey reflects a dynamic and accomplished professional in finance, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
